Cobb salad and BBQ chicken for a Sunday lunch at our house with friends.
Salad toppings
Bacon
Scallions
Avocado
Blue Cheese
Hard boiled eggs
Tomatoes
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Dressing
3tbl red-wine vinegar
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
When serving salad I like to chill the plate first in the freezer for a few mins to get it nice and cold. They do it in fancy restaurants and I think it’s so classy…
