
I’ve got a whole lotta ferns in our woods. Time to do something with them by putting them in old medicine bottles filled with a little bit of sand and displaying them on the dinning room table as a centerpiece.

Cool ideas to make with shells from the beach. The mussel shell wreath was made using a wire wreath form from a craft store and I hot glued mussel shells I collected from the beach on Chebague Island, ME.

I’m sick of changing the toliet paper roll. So I just said it’s not worth my time and I’ve abandoned the silly tradition, who says you need one anyway? This option also avoids those precarious situtations when you find yourself reaching for an empty roll.

I get the most beautiful cards from my friends and family. A card is too beautiful to have a short life. I recycle card fronts and remake them into cards of my own and share the beauty as well as save a tree.

This past weekend we spent in sunny & warm Vermont. We visited Walker Farm to check out the spring plants. I didn’t buy anything (due to construction like conditions around my house) however I got some great ideas and I CAN’T WAIT TILL THE LAST FROST!

When our friend Joe came to visit us, prior to his arrival, he sent us a Lobster Gram. The lobster tails come all cut up nicely in frozen little bags. All the yum with none of the work.

While in Ireland I bought this door marker. Cead Mile Failte is Gaelic for “One Hundred Thousand Welcomes.” I love the meaning, such a great way to greet our house guests.
