spinach and artichoke dip

My friend Jen passed this recipe on to me a few years ago. It has been a regular attendee to every party we’ve thrown since. It’s great because you can make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 package of chopped frozen spinach
  • 8 oz of cream cheese (1 package)
  • 8 oz of shredded white cheese (I prefer to use cheddar 3 blend)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Pita chips

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a baking dish. Put in the oven at 350 degrees until it starts to bubble (about 20 mins). Serve with pita chips.
