Drunk Chicken

Yummie, yummie, yummie. Drunk chicken is one of my favorites! The next time you make a whole chicken do what you normally do (aka, rinse with water, take out the fun package from the inside and season.) Then, instead of putting it in the oven to roast, crack a beer, pour out 1/4 and shove it up the birds you know what. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 45-60 mins or until the chicken is at eating temp. Remove the beer can from the bird’s special place before serving.
