scallops cooking on basalt grillstone

While on vacation in Vermont we visted Snow Farm Vineyard. In the gift shop we came upon the Vermont Country Mini Grillstone. The grillstone heats up in seconds and it’s perfect for vegetables and seafood. It adds a certain amount of flavor (which was noticable) and is self cleaning! All you got to do is flip it over the next time you grill all the gunk will burn off. The more you use it the more flavorful will collect in the marble making everything taste better over time. People in vermont are very smart.
