Beef Stew & Turnovers

Popovers (My mother-in-laws recipe)
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour (not self-rising)
1 tsp salt

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 12 deep custard cups (or 16 medium muffin cups)
With a hand beater, beat eggs slightly; add milk, flour, and salt and beat just until smooth. Do NOT overbeat
Fill custard cups 1/2 full or muffin cups 3/4 full

Bake at 450 for 20 to 25 min. Then lower oven temp to 350 and bake for 15-20min longer.
